Receiving items in-kind helps to provide the youth at MHY with necessities and extra special gifts to celebrate their milestones.
Because accepting gifts in-kind is a very time-consuming task, we ask that all donors review the items accepted, and should you have an item to donate that is not on the list, please contact Shellyn Shoenthal.

GIFT CARD DONATIONS
Because youth come to MHY and leave at different points in the year, the staff often will not predetermine crafts, but rather ask the youth that are living here at the time what they would like to do. We also are in great need of new reading materials for both the reading classes and for youth to have access to during personal time. Given this, please consider gift cards in your donation collection to the following:
- Michaels
- JoAnn Fabrics
- Barnes & Noble
- Borders
- Wal-Mart
- Target
- Kohl's
